Someone told us our previous Refund Policy explanation was waaaay too complicated; and they were right!
The policy was a template refund disclaimer, and we actually didn't even really use it ourselves, because we aren't a template fashion chain you see one after the other on the high street.
We are a small business run by a husband and wife, and we want to make sure all our customers are happy.
Reach out to us at email@example.com and we will try and help you however we can, such as an exchange for something else you love, a refund if we can (and if you want to make us cry a little), or store credit for our upcoming curations (middle ground?).
We do have a couple of hard stops, and they are:
- The clothing cannot be damaged or show signs of being worn, e.g. makeup (you'll be surprised the amount we spend on dry-cleaning makeup out from something that was only tried on!)
- Shoes definitely can't have signs they were actually worn around town, even though we understand the need to show them off at the bar as soon as you get your hands on them.
We cannot emphasize enough how the items we curate are all handmade, and part of the charm are the slight imperfections you find with handmade clothing (and the inspiration behind our logo not being a perfect, circular button; did you catch that the circle isn't just right?). And please, please, please, check the size chart, we want you to love how it fits, as it is intended to fit.
